You will receive 5 of our 40mm wide padded headbands that have not made the grade for various reasons which include excess glue, detached fabric, markings, holes, dents, etc. 

Varieties include velvet, jersey, satin or lace covered. 

Excellent for re-covering with your own fabrics!
